Shipping & Returns – The Relaxation Haus
1. Shipping
- Domestic (U.S.) and Canadian shipping are available. International shipping may be offered in the future.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of The Relaxation Haus.
- Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer occurs upon shipment.
- Customers ordering internationally are responsible for complying with local laws regarding cosmetic or skincare products and for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
2. Returns & No Refunds
- Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity concerns, all product sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not offered.
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- After review, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.
- Shipping costs associated with damaged items or replacements may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by The Relaxation Haus.
- Chargeback & Payment Disputes: Customers agree to contact The Relaxation Haus directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. The Relaxation Haus reserves the right to provide order confirmations, delivery verification, and applicable policies to payment processors to contest fraudulent or invalid claims.
3. Purchases from External Platforms
- The Relaxation Haus may sell products on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or other marketplaces.
- Purchases made through external platforms are subject to both our policies and the platform’s policies.
- While we strive to provide consistent service, shipping, returns, and refund rules may vary depending on the platform used.
- By purchasing on external platforms, customers agree to comply with both The Relaxation Haus policies and the platform’s rules.
